Regular Registration Fee: $75/Family per year
Registration Deadlines: July 1, 2024 for Fall Semester
December 1, 2024 for Spring Semester

Supply Fees (Vary Per Course): due upon Registration or may be broken into monthly payments over the Summer Months for Fall classes. Some courses require us to order Books & Supplies, so we require this fee to be paid before courses begin.

Course Credits: Our courses for this school year are outlined by hourly credits and will either meet weekly or monthly.

Pay in Full Options / Semester:
All Courses are $200/Semester + Each Individual Course’s Required Supply Fees, excluding classes that meet once monthly.

Monthly Payment Option: (Requires Auto-Draft Commitment & Contract)
1 Hour Once-a-Month Courses: $15/Month
.5 Hour Weekly Courses: $25/Month
1 Hour Weekly Courses: $50/Month
1.5 Hour Weekly Courses: $75/Month
2 Hour Weekly Courses: $100/Month
*At this time, we do not offer the Pay-Per-Class Option for classes that meet weekly.

Sibling Discount:
If siblings are taking the same course, there is no additional charge for the sibling(s), other than the Supply Fees. Each student WILL NEED to pay for the needed supplies for the class, if applicable.

Course Cancellation Policy:
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
A full refund will be issued for Supply Fees Paid if your Course Registration is cancelled prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the Course. Cancellations made during the 14 day period will result in 50% of the Amount Paid for Supply Fees. Transfers of Course Registrations adhere to the same rule. We reserve the right to cancel courses for low enrollment or other, unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified, and Course Tuitions will be refunded.

2024-2025 Course Descriptions:

Science: Fields & Flowers (Preschool to 2nd Grade Students)

  • Faith-based, with a general Christian, non-denominational worldview with the goal of producing not only intelligent minds, but also high character and the ability to recognize and appreciate what is good and beautiful in life and in learning
  • Through fun and simple lessons, hands-on activities, engaging stories, and interactive audio narrations, Science for Little Hearts and Hands: Sparks and Stars is a gentle introduction to science for the youngest learners. In this beautifully designed course, children learn about space, planets, electricity, gravity, and machines that move!

Typing 1 (Once-a-Week Class)

History: Story of the World (Volume 1) 

  • Ancient Times (5000 BC to AD 400 ): This engaging guide presents world history in a narrative format. What terrible secret was buried in Shi Huangdi’s tomb? Did nomads like lizard stew? What happened to Anansi the Spider in the Village of the Plantains? And how did a six-year old become the last emperor of Rome? Discover the marvelous story of world civilizations with the first volume of four in this captivating read-aloud series.

P.E.

  • Complement your homeschool curriculum with a holistic approach to education that prioritizes physical well-being alongside academic learning. Our P.E. class promotes a balanced lifestyle and instills lifelong habits of health and fitness.Join our vibrant homeschool community and let’s make fitness fun! Enroll now in our Elementary Homeschool Cooperative P.E. class and embark on an active journey of discovery and friendship.

Culinary

  • This class will help your children discover and nurture their strengths, learn how to make something out of ingredients without anyone else’s help, and know how to feed themselves healthy food as they grow into adulthood.
  • Skills are presented in a logical order, starting with fine motor work at age 2 and progressing all the way to creating meals in upper elementary.

Woodworking

  • Woodworking isn’t just about building things; it’s about fostering imagination, problem-solving, and confidence in young minds. From mastering basic tool techniques to creating their own masterpieces, children will develop essential skills that last a lifetime.
  • Learn the fundamentals of woodworking safety and tool usage.
  • Explore various woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Bring their ideas to life through hands-on projects tailored to their skill level.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration in a cooperative learning environment.

Upper Elementary & Middle School:

Real World Writing (Once-a-Week Class)

  • Real-world writing happens when there is a reason to write. Help students explore real-world purposes for writing with activities that demonstrate thoughtful and effective writing strategies. Weekly activities include letters, journal entries, product opinions, advertisements, and more!

Lego Robotics 1

  • This course will work for Elementary to Middle School Students.
  • Combining colorful LEGO building elements, easy-to-use hardware, and an intuitive drag-and-drop coding language based on Scratch, the SPIKE Prime STEAM set continuously engages students through playful learning activities to think critically and solve complex problems, regardless of their learning level. From easy-entry projects to limitless creative design possibilities, including the option to explore text-based coding with Python, SPIKE Prime helps students learn the essential STEAM and 21st century skills needed to become the innovative minds of tomorrow… while having fun!

Science Unit Study: Motion & Simple Machines (August – September)

  • Get ready to move! The brand-new Motion and Simple Machines course is filled with hands-on activities! 
  • Students will learn about motion and force, gravity, pulleys, levers, and so much more in this one-of-a-kind unit study. 
  • See Newton’s laws put into action and document the ways machines make our lives easier. 
  • Then build your own machine on our unique “Project Day” final lesson!

Science Unit Study: Wonders of Energy (October – November)

  • Watch your young scientists’ minds come alive as they learn about energy and its magnificent power. 
  • Through interactive lessons, engaging experiments, and captivating videos, students explore electricity, magnetism, heat, light, and sound as they gain a greater appreciation for the natural laws God organized upon this earth.

Science Unit Study: Chemistry (November – December) 

  • Through interactive learning and simple experimentation, children explore the basics of chemistry in this 14-lesson unit. 
  • Each open-and-go lesson is filled with discoveries about how our world is affected by molecular-level changes. 
  • This course features step-by-step lesson instructions, captivating unit videos, and a video option for all experiments, making teaching chemistry easy and fun.

  • Create a Tornado in a Bottle, solve a Misty Mystery, locate clouds with a Cloud Viewer, and conduct many other exciting weather-related experiments throughout this new 14-lesson unit!

Saxon Math 

  • This course is for Middle School students.
  • Focusing on algebraic reasoning and geometric concepts, Saxon Math Homeschool 8/7 teaches math with a spiral approach, which emphasizes incremental development of new material and continuous review of previously taught concepts.

Journalism

  • Step into the world of journalism and unlock the power of storytelling! Calling all high school students with a passion for news and a knack for words – Explore the fundamentals of investigative reporting, sharpen your interviewing skills, and learn how to craft compelling narratives that captivate readers. From covering local events to delving into global issues, this class offers hands-on experience in researching, writing, and editing news articles.
