2023-2024 School Year Homeschool Co-Op Prices, Details, & Information:

Early Bird Registration Fee: $50/Family per year if Students are Registered by May 1st for the upcoming School Year
Regular Registration Fee: $75/Family per year
Registration Deadlines: July 14, 2023 for Fall Semester
December 15, 2023 for Spring Semester
This fee helps to cover a small portion of everything needed for us to run a Homeschool Co-op: Rent, Utilities, Cleaning, etc.

Supply Fees (Vary Per Course): due upon Registration or may be broken into monthly payments over the Summer Months for Fall classes. Some courses require us to order Books & Supplies, so we require this fee to be paid before courses begin.

Course Credits: Our courses for this school year are outlined by hourly credits and will either meet weekly or monthly.

Pay in Full Options / Semester:
All Courses are $200/Semester + Each Individual Course’s Required Supply Fees, excluding classes that meet once monthly.

Monthly Payment Option: (Requires Auto-Draft Commitment & Contract)
1 Hour Once-a-Month Courses: $15/Month
.5 Hour Weekly Courses: $25/Month
1 Hour Weekly Courses: $50/Month
1.5 Hour Weekly Courses: $75/Month
2 Hour Weekly Courses: $100/Month
*At this time, we do not offer the Pay-Per-Class Option for classes that meet weekly.

Sibling Discount:
If siblings are taking the same course, there is no additional charge for the sibling(s), other than the Supply Fees. Each student WILL NEED to pay for the needed supplies for the class, if applicable.

Course Cancellation Policy:
Registration Fees are non-refundable.
A full refund will be issued for Supply Fees Paid if your Course Registration is cancelled prior to 14 calendar days of the start of the Course. Cancellations made during the 14 day period will result in 50% of the Amount Paid for Supply Fees. Transfers of Course Registrations adhere to the same rule. We reserve the right to cancel courses for low enrollment or other, unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified, and Course Tuitions will be refunded.

Science Unit Study: Health and the Physical Body
This course is designed for students in Elementary and Middle School Grades.
Examine the unique way God created our bodies, the building blocks of a healthy lifestyle, how our cells work together to help us breathe, digest food, move, and much more in this captivating science unit.
1 Semester (Spring), 2 Course hours per week (January 8th – February 21st)
$45/Student Supply Fee to Cover Activities, Experiments, & Science Journals
Optional: $16/Family Book Fee to Cover Supplemental Read-Alouds for the Course

Science Unit Study: Health and the Human Mind
This course is designed for students in Elementary and Middle School Grades.
Examine the unique way God created our brain and senses in this one-of-a-kind science unit. Discover how your minds were made to be creative, think, and express emotions. Engaging, hands-on lessons, awe-inspiring videos, and interactive student journals keep your young scientists active and involved in the learning process.
1 Semester (Spring), 2 Course hours per week (March 4th – April 24th)
$45/Student Supply Fee to Cover Activities, Experiments, & Science Journals
Optional: $16/Family Book Fee to Cover Supplemental Read-Alouds for the Course

My Father’s World (MFW) Synergy Group: Adventures in U.S. History
This course will work for any Elementary Students.
Travel back in time and explore U.S. history from a Christian perspective with fascinating stories, hands-on activities, a timeline, and a student-created history notebook with this year-long second grade curriculum.
Study the names of Jesus, learning about His character while reading from a grade-level Bible. Science lessons correlate with the names of Jesus, and U.S. history spotlights the biblical character of America’s forefathers.

2 Semesters, 1.5 Course Hours Per Week
$45/Student Supply Fee to Cover Book Set & Art Supplies each Student will Need
Optional Supplies for At-Home Use: Book List for At-Home Reading, U.S. & World Map, Flag, Patriotic Songs, NiRV Bible for Young Readers

Lego Robotics 1 & 2
This course will work for Elementary to Middle School Students.
2 Semesters, 1 Course Hour Per Week
Supply Fee: $40
*We’re opening up a second Lego Robotics Class on Tuesdays for new students who wish to join in on the fun. Sign up for Lego Robotics 1 as a new student. Returning students will continue to meet on Wednesdays.

Little Bugs’ Club
This is a class for Toddlers & Preschoolers that includes a thematic story time, songs, crafts, and activities. This class can be joined at any time and is included in the cost of Open Play Admission. Register in Advance for a Discounted Rate.
